eXp Realty Shows 300% Increase in Los Angeles Market After Aggressive Marketing Campaign

Challenge: As a new company, eXp Realty had little brand recognition in the LA market and wanted to increase their presence and recruiting efforts overall.

The leaders of the Los Angeles market for eXp Realty contacted Gregory about launching a campaign to drive new agents to their business model they had recently brought into the market. Both of them had come from a national firm to work with eXp based on differences in the way the company does business, namely its profit share and online-cloud based brokerage system. They wanted to showcase these differences to agents around the country and build their team as well as their real estate business. 

Opportunity: 

Through the utilization of tools such as Hubspot, in which Gregory has vast experience, he was able to tie together many aspects of their online campaign utilizing landing pages, calls-to-action, and advanced SEO principles. Additionally, by bringing consistency to the various extensions of the brand, an overall improved public brand identity was achieved. 

Results:

With 2015 revenues expected to be up over 15% and over $120 Million in sales, there have been significant results from the marketing efforts overall. Content readership has grown over 22% to over 35,000 per month, with a strong conversion rate. Additionally, the property management and multifamily divisions of the company have seen substantial gains, with the multifamily division building from nothing to over $88 Million in sales in 2013/14.
